Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement marketing campaigns, coordinate inter-departmental efforts, and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and construction teams to develop compelling marketing materials showcasing community offerings.
- Supervise the creation and dissemination of marketing assets to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage content on various platforms for lead generation and engagement purposes.
- Analyze campaign performance to enhance future marketing strategies.
- Organize community events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and support Marketing Coordinator team members for professional growth.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timeliness of services.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure efficient logistics management for high-quality execution.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Identify market trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities through research.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Monitor and optimize social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a unified marketing approach.
- Build relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Assist with administrative tasks supporting the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferable in the homebuilding or real estate sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
