Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement marketing campaigns, coordinate inter-departmental efforts, and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and construction teams to develop compelling marketing materials showcasing community offerings.
  • Supervise the creation and dissemination of marketing assets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage content on various platforms for lead generation and engagement purposes.
  • Analyze campaign performance to enhance future marketing strategies.
  • Organize community events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and support Marketing Coordinator team members for professional growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timeliness of services.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure efficient logistics management for high-quality execution.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events.
  • Identify market trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities through research.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and optimize social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a unified marketing approach.
  • Build relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks supporting the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferable in the homebuilding or real estate sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
