David Cerami is a twenty-two-year veteran of the staffing and recruiting industry and joined Frontline Source Group in early 2021. He has extensive experience in business development and recruiting. Prior to joining Frontline Source Group, David ran a successful boutique legal staffing firm for 17 years. He was also employed by Robert Half International for 5 years, where he was an award-winning Account Executive and Division Director of Legal placement services.
David brings a deep understanding of the complexities of the attorney projects and building teams for litigation projects. Large and small organizations, corporations and law firms engage the services of our firm to build teams of attorneys for document reviews for pending litigation. Smaller firms seek the flexibility of our services for projects that best align with their scope of work. In every case, David is aware of just how valuable building successful teams of attorneys for projects that meet and exceed the clients need can be to an organization. His goal is to match the right team of lawyers with the project who will understand how to navigate the assignment successfully.
David believes that providing excellent customer service to his clients and candidates is the key to his success. He is passionate about assisting others in advancing in their careers and takes a "hands-on" approach. David genuinely enjoys one-on-one work with his clients and candidates
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and working in his yard. He is also on the Swim4Elise Foundation and Grapevine Southlake Soccer Association Boards.
