Extensive Candidate Reach:
We cast a wide net to source as many individuals as possible from various job boards, maximizing your chances of finding the right fit. While we can't guarantee specific results, our dedicated efforts ensure a diverse and extensive pool of candidates. We have not screened, cleared or verified any information but have sourced the individuals from the job board based on the search information provided by the client. We view anywhere between 50 and 250 potential candidates meeting your minimum requirement per night. Some sources will provide full email addresses, phone numbers and some will not. We can not guarantee what the results will be but we will continue to find the information based on the search information provided. Change out or update your positions once a week as needed.

Plans draw on major job boards and professional networks, including CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, and LinkedIn. The 1-month plan includes 3 job boards, the 3-month plan 4, and the 6-month and 12-month plans include all of them.

No. Sourced candidates have not been screened, cleared, or verified by Frontline. Profiles are sourced from job boards based on the search criteria you provide, and your team screens and verifies each candidate.
