One of our clients, a rapidly expanding international hotel chain is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Senior Accountant Role:
Performs daily cash reconciliations and AP data entry across multiple entities.
Maintains cash forecasts and prepares weekly payment schedules.
Executes vendor payments and oversees vendor relations including 1099 compliance.
Completes balance sheet, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
Supports month-end closing process and records depreciation entries.
Oversees bi-monthly payroll
Coordinates employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
Files quarterly VAT returns and compiles tax preparation materials.
Performs franchise audits and contributes to annual budget development.
Handles correspondence for US and UK locations and fulfills various administrative requests.
Tracks credit card expenditures and delivers family office assistance.

Senior Accountant Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar discipline
5 years of accounting experience
Prior QuickBooks Desktop experience ideal
MUST have bank/ credit card reconciliation experience
Strong Excel skills needed (formulas, pivot tables, etc)
GAAP research tool experience preferred
