Key Responsibilities:

Maintain full and fresh seafood cases, both fresh and prepackaged
Collaborate with seafood staff to oversee daily operations and prioritize customer satisfaction
Drive sales performance, monitor financial outcomes, and uphold department standards
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and proficient hand tool skills, including knife techniques
Manage inventory levels by ordering merchandise to ensure freshness and adequate stock levels
Execute product merchandising strategies to enhance visual appeal and customer engagement
Utilize sales data to optimize production output and minimize shrink
Utilize sales, profit, and trend analysis reports to inform purchasing decisions
