IT Service Delivery Specialist Role:
The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for delivering on-site support to end-users for all standard applications and systems, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role performs incident resolution or, when needed, escalation to the appropriate group. This individual works as part of the Global IT team and closely with regional (Houston and Galveston locations) and global colleagues across all geographies. Must be able to work from Houston and Galveston office locations depending on support needs that arise.

IT Service Delivery Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site or remote support for standard IT services and applications.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Provide support for conferencing equipment and software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Follow established IT processes for incident and request management, including ticket logging, tracking, and resolution.
Maintain asset inventory and ensure hardware is properly tracked and documented.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including security and data privacy standards.
Participate in local and global IT projects as assigned.
Escalate issues as appropriate and follow up to ensure resolution.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and recovery.

IT Service Delivery Specialist Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a multinational organization.
Familiarity working with SQL based applications.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.
Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote access tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to occasionally travel locally or regionally, as required.
