Human Resource Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the organization
  • Manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, training, and payroll coordination
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees (both W-2 and 1099)
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Ensure adherence to HR and credentialing regulations in line with industry best practices
  • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee documentation, and conduct regular audits
  • Collaborate on payroll processing and tracking of paid time off
  • Develop and implement internal HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee queries related to benefits, policies, and general HR support
  • Facilitate training programs and manage documentation for new hires
  • Provide support to executive leadership on HR initiatives as necessary

Desired Qualifications for Human Resource Specialist:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in roles such as HR Generalist or HR Coordinator
  • Proven track record in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance functions
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and organization in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and a talent for building effective working relationships
  • Previous exposure to healthcare or clinical environments would be advantageous
