Our client located in Plano, TX is looking to immediately hire a Funding and Disbursement Specialist. This is an in-office direct hire opportunity.

Funding and Disbursement Specialist Role:
As a Funding and Disbursement Specialist you will be a key player in managing the financial side of real estate transactions.
This role will require you to oversee the accurate receipt, allocation, and disbursement of funds, ensuring every transaction is balanced and compliant.
You'll work closely with clients, escrow officers, and internal teams to maintain efficient and accurate processes.
The Funding and Disbursement Specialist will also support administrative needs, verify transaction documentation, and resolve any discrepancies related to funding or disbursement.
Manage funding and disbursement of real estate transaction funds with accuracy and timeliness
Process wire transfers, checks, and other disbursement methods
Ensure all files are balanced and financial records are reconciled
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
Maintain detailed financial records and transaction documentation
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries efficiently
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Perform additional administrative duties as needed in support of escrow operations
Funding and Disbursement Specialist Background Profile:
2+ years of experience in funding and disbursement within real estate or escrow
Strong working knowledge of financial reconciliation and file balancing
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow management software (ResWare is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of real estate transaction processes preferred
