Front Desk Coordinator
Our client located in Corpus Christi is looking to hire a Front Desk Coordinator on a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Multi-Location

Front Desk Coordinator Role:
Open the Office
Answer and return all phone calls
Respond to all emails in the company inbox
Heavy calendar management
Scan, upload, and file all documents in appropriate folders
Run various reports

Front Desk Coordinator Background Profile:
1 year of administrative office experience
Strong knowledge of Outlook and Word
Professional communication skills both over the phone and email
Must be very organized, detail, poses the ability to multitask, and reliable
