Director of Human Resources Role:
As the top Human Resources executive within the company, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy that enables scale, strengthens culture, and supports business performance.
This is a dual-role opportunity, requiring both strategic leadership and tactical execution.
You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to align people initiatives with broader business goals while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
Responsible for designing and implementing hiring strategies to attract exceptional talent in a competitive market.
Cultivate a people-first culture where individuals are engaged, supported, and set up for success. From onboarding to offboarding, from compensation planning to compliance oversight, you'll oversee every aspect of the employee experience.
Design compensation and benefits programs that balance market competitiveness with startup resource realities.
Establish scalable systems and feedback loops that support internal mobility, performance management, and growth.
Your efforts will directly influence culture, collaboration, and communication across the company.
Implement core HR systems and processes, ensure compliance with employment law, and serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees alike.

Director of Human Resources Background Profile:
Looking for a sharp, agile HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments, can balance strategic and operational priorities, and is deeply committed to building a workplace where people are empowered to do their best work.
10+ years in progressive HR roles, including 5+ years at the strategic leadership level
Experience scaling teams in startup or high-growth environments
A strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee relations, org design, and DEI
An intuitive understanding of how to build systems and programs that can grow with the company
Ability to lead through influence, communicate with clarity, and inspire confidence at all levels
A bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Comfort making data-informed decisions and using HR tech tools to drive efficiency
A coaching mindset - someone who can empower others while offering support and accountability
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance best practices
A high EQ, strong business instincts, and genuine care for people and performance
