Customer Success Representative
Our client in Fort Worth, Texas, has an immediate need for an Customer Success Representative on a 3 month contract basis.

Customer Success Representative Role:
The Customer Success Representative will provide support, guidance, and expertise to achieve business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and accounts, handling order processing, invoicing, and resolving problem tickets.
Assist with EDI data entry for complaints, orders, errors, account inquiries, billing, and cancellations.
Process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing for all EDI transactions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
Process orders received via fax, EDI, and email in the Microsoft Dynamics GP system.
Set up new customer accounts in GP once approved by the Customer Service Manager and upon receipt of the first order.
Process incoming problem tickets from distributors and direct customers, analyzing and resolving issues.
Manage conference and tradeshow orders, sample requests, and literature orders for Account Managers.
Collaborate with Account Managers to provide necessary information and updates.
Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, order tracking, product details, and pricing.
Act as a liaison between suppliers and distributors as needed.

Customer Success Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2+ years customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills
Data Processing, analyzing information; good with numbers
Pleasant telephone voice/manner
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to compose correspondence, proficient in Word
Highly motivated, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and manage stress
Willingness to learn
