- Resolve issues promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Record interactions and solutions in the CRM system for accurate tracking
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth service delivery and problem resolution
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills, address challenges independently, escalate when necessary
- Generate reports, monitor cases for timely follow-ups, and ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Assist field employees as needed, managing logistics and shipping materials and supplies
Customer Service Representative Profile:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2-3 years in customer support
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, effective communication, CRM familiarity
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer communication styles and de-escalate tense situations
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, quick learner of new software
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
