Our client, a growing multi-location healthcare company in the North Dallas area, is on the hunt for an accounting leader who is hungry to lead a team and help make a direct impact and be a change agent.

Controller Role:
The Controller will oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, which includes the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, account analysis and payroll functions.
Manages a team of 6 individuals
Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
Assists with the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management.
Works with external auditors and provides needed information for audits.
Responsible for quarterly and annual tax filings.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Controller Background Profile:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, masters preferred
Active CPA license is required
Strong tenure in previous positions
7+ years of experience with strong familiarity in healthcare, ideally in multi-location provider Healthcare
Believes in a servant leader mentality and wants to join an organization with a strong culture
