The Accountant maintains full-cycle accounting across three related companies. Core duties fall into four areas:
- Accounts Payable: maintain and pay vendors for three companies and maintain working relationships with vendors
- Accounts Receivable: invoice and log customer payments across restaurant sales, concession sales, venue rental sales, and catering event sales
- General Ledger: create and run reports in QuickBooks, maintain four credit cards, and reconcile five bank accounts
- Taxes: complete quarterly payroll taxes, 940s, 941s, and TWC filings for two companies, plus annual reports and taxes, and W-2s and 1099s at year end
