PLEASE NOTE:  This form is used to submit information on projects or opportunities that you as a candidate, contractor, consultant, temp or individual we have placed at a company (currently or in the past) would like to refer a job vacancy or hiring information to us.

The Frontline Referral program is simple.  We put you in charge to spread the word about Frontline and help us build long relationships with great companies.  By doing this, we are able to dedicate a much larger portion of our resources towards the recruiting process and reward our referral individuals for being our outside sales team. 

The program is very simple and effective:

Refer a qualified lead (manager name, company name, contact information, project or position information) to us and we will assign it to one of our Account Executives.

If we don’t already have a relationship with the company and we place a person on a project, contract assignment, contract to hire or direct hire placement, you will receive the following for this engagement:

  1. Project, Contract, or Contract to Hire: $2.00 for every hour they bill on that assignment up to 1,000 hours.
  2. Direct Hire Placement: 10% of the placement fee up to $2000

We have individuals that are making up to $20K+ extra per year as our outside sales team. This program works and is extra money in your pocket just for helping us with the relationship.

*All individuals submitting referrals are considered independent contractors and are not employees of Frontline Source Group, Inc.
