Do I have to pay a fee to Frontline?
No, there is never a charge to candidates.
Can I submit my resume or can I only apply for specific positions?
If you do not see an open position that you’re interested in, you are welcome to submit your resume through our website. We encourage you to join our Talent Network.
I submitted my resume to a job posting on the website. Do I need to re-submit my resume for other opportunities?
No. Once you have successfully uploaded your resume, we will retain your information for future opportunities. There is no need to submit your information more than once.
I have an updated version of my resume since I last submitted my information. How do I update my records?
In this instance, you are welcome to upload your resume again.
What types of jobs are available?
We offer niche specific staffing in the following industries: Technology, Accounting Finance, HR, Administrative, Engineering and Oil & Gas Energy, Medical Nurse Healthcare support staffing.
Does Frontline only offer contract positions?
Absolutely not. We offer a variety of opportunities, which do include contract/temporary positions as well as direct hire placement. Please discuss the type of longevity you’re looking for with your recruiter.
Do I need to provide references?
Yes. Reference checks will be done by your recruiter before a job offer is made.
What should I bring to my Frontline interview?
Please bring a copy of your resume, your employment references with contact information. And a form of identification which proves you have a right to work in the U.S.
Will my skills be tested?
To ensure that you’re the right candidate for the demands of a specific position, we may assess your skills and characteristics in order to place you in an environment in which you’ll be successful.
How long will it take to place me in a position?
This depends on the needs of our clients as well as your marketability. Including your skills, availability and flexibility.
