Frontline Source Group Announces Executive Promotions

Frontline Source Group recently announced the promotion of four key members of the company’s executive team: Sherrie Dvorak, Shelly Hubble, Melissa Johnson, and David Cerami.
Shelly Hubble was promoted to Vice President of Operations, following her accomplishments as Senior Vice President. Hubble brings 15+ years of experience in the staffing industry and has worked for Frontline Source Group since 2006. Hubble started as a recruiter after graduating from Southern Methodist University and soon moved into sales before becoming a Vice President, and later a Senior Vice President. As Vice President of Operations, Hubble will continue to bring the finest practices to the organization.
Sherrie Dvorak, a 17-year veteran of the company, was awarded the title of Vice President of Human Resources. Dvorak is a Certified Staffing Professional and was the first employee hired with the company. She climbed the ladder after working as a recruiter, trainer, and Vice-President while overseeing the recruiting process. As Vice President of Human Resources, Dvorak will provide executive-level leadership to the organization.
Melissa Johnson was promoted to Director of Staffing Services. Johnson is a Certified Staffing Professional with over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. She began her career as a recruiter and was later promoted to a Branch Manager, and then a Regional Manager. She will continue to train our internal recruiting professionals who place top talent within the fields of administrative, information technology, human resources, accounting, and finance.
David Cerami was awarded the position of Director of Executive Search following his leadership and contributions as Director of Government Contracts. He is a 22-year veteran of the staffing and recruiting industry and joined Frontline Source Group in early 2021. Prior to joining Frontline Source Group, David ran a successful, boutique staffing firm for 17 years after starting his career with Robert Half International as a Division Director of Legal Services. His industry knowledge will allow the company to continue the growth of niche specialty sectors within our Executive Search vertical.
