Denver, Colorado | Direct Hire | $44.75-$49.52/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Frontline Source Group is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, mission-driven community healthcare organization in the Denver metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hygienist or new graduate to provide preventive dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do
Provide preventive dental hygiene services and patient education.
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to coordinate patient care.
Identify oral health needs and facilitate appropriate referrals.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in community outreach, including school-based dental services.
Track service goals and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to compassionate patient care.
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
Previous experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $44.75-$49.52 per hour, based on experience.
Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
Location: Denver metro area, with occasional nearby clinic or community outreach assignments.
