Receptionist Role:
Managing of phone calls and visitors
Tracking and distribution of documents for signature
Mail distribution
Meeting/Meal Set-Up & coordination of clean-up
Request office supplies as needed
Coordination of company events
Track & coordinate community involvement efforts
Assist as needed with presentations and marketing materials
Work with Recruiting to supply appropriate items for job fairs, events, & new hires
Distribute internal announcements as requested
Assist with seasonal & event decoration
Assist with data entry projects as needed
Receptionist Background Profile:
2+ years of administrative experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong MS Office skills
