Frontline Source Group’s Nova Davis is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR). Nova completed the AIRS CDR course which gives recruiters a step-by-step plan for discovering diverse talent.

The AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter course provides recruiters with the knowledge to create an effective plan for locating and building pipelines of talent, including from diverse and underrepresented groups.
