The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while assisting with daily administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.<\/p>\n

\nThis individual should be comfortable answering multiple phone lines, interacting with clients, managing appointments, and supporting attorneys and administrative staff.
\nAnswer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
\nGreet clients, visitors, and vendors and provide a welcoming front-office experience.
\nSchedule new client appointments and assist with calendar coordination.
\nRespond to general inquiries and direct communications to the appropriate staff members.
\nAssist with maintaining organized appointment calendars and office schedules.
\nProvide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and office personnel.
\nPrepare, organize, and maintain routine office documents and correspondence.
\nUtilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
\nMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
\nSupport daily front-desk operations and assist with additional administrative duties as needed.<\/p>\n
\nPrevious experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nStrong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\nDependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.<\/p>\n
\nPrevious receptionist or administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
\nExperience scheduling client appointments and managing calendars.
\nFamiliarity with legal office procedures and client communication.
