This is an individual contributor role where you will own marketing end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will differentiate the brand from big-box retailers, build engaging content and experiences, and use customer data to bring new and returning customers through the doors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Media and Content<\/strong><br \/>\n*Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and additional platforms<br \/>\n*Post daily content showcasing store activity, new arrivals, events, and behind-the-scenes moments<br \/>\n*Build, maintain, and execute strategic content calendars<br \/>\n*Create educational content that inspires customers to try foods from different cultures, including new sauces, flavors, and creative ways to use them<br \/>\n*Create, proof, and schedule posts with accuracy and attention to detail<br \/>\n*Monitor engagement, grow followers, and implement best practices<br \/>\n*Manage and respond to Google and Yelp reviews<br \/>\n*Create ads to attract new customers;
