\nOur client is a growing organization investing in technology, process improvement, and operational excellence. This newly created role offers the opportunity to help build and support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment that impacts multiple business teams across the organization.<\/p>\n
\nAs the CRM Administrator, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms. This is not simply a back-end administrative role the CRM Administrator will work closely with sales and operational teams to drive adoption, improve workflows, and support business performance through technology.
\nThe ideal CRM Administrator will combine strong technical configuration skills with excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities.
\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functions
\nConfigure entities, forms, fields, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and views
\nManage CRM users, permissions, security roles, environments, and system settings
\nProvide hands-on support and troubleshooting for CRM users across departments
\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility and performance tracking
\nSupport CRM integrations with ERP systems including IntelliDealer and Dynamics Customer Insights
\nPartner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors on CRM initiatives
\nDrive CRM adoption, user engagement, and process consistency throughout the organization
\nMonitor data quality, system integrity, duplication management, and reporting accuracy
\nDocument CRM configurations, enhancements, processes, and platform updates
\nStay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform best practices
\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and long-term CRM platform development<\/p>\n
\n3-6 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience required
\nStrong preference for candidates with CRM implementation or platform rollout experience
\nExperience configuring forms, views, workflows, security roles, dashboards, and automations
\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Excel, and CRM data management
\nExperience supporting CRM integrations with ERP or marketing platforms preferred
\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical CRM configurations
\nStrong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered<\/p>\n
