Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant on a 4-6 week contract basis and may consider contract to hire for the right skillset.

Administrative Assistant Role: 
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the team to ensure the office runs smoothly
Answer phone, screen and direct calls as well as take and relay messages
Handle issues that may arise through the course of business.
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner
Receive, sort and distribute mail 
Schedule and maintain conference rooms 
Tidy and maintain a neat office area 
Maintain inventory of office supplies through the coordination with others 
Maintain database of suppliers, consultants and clients
Support the project managers with administrative tasks
Order lunches / set up for lunches presentations as needed
Assist marketing team with event planning as needed
Assisting the accounting team with Certificates of Insurance and other accounting related matters with deposits and scanning checks

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma required /some college or degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years receptionist or administrative support 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and Outlook. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, vendors, and public
