Our client located in Plano, TX needs a Customer Service Representative for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Customer Service Representative Role:
Answer high volume inbound calls promptly and courteously; 75-100 calls a day
Assist the callers with questions mostly related to schedules, medical records, prescription refills, website inquiries, jobs, and some payment questions
Work to resolve caller questions and concerns
Educate our patients about what services we provide
Determine the patients needs by practicing excellent communication skills
Adhere to call center metrics daily such as call score averages, average talk time, and customer feedback scores
Consistently and accurately document customer interactions with a high level of detail accuracy when appropriate
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma
High volume inbound or outbound customer service is required
1-year experience working within the medical field would be ideal but not required
Familiarity with medical terminology would be highly preferred but not required
1-year experience with EMR Systems; Centricity would be ideal but not required
Steady work history
Looking for reliable, teachable employees who want to grow within a company
Ability to work Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
