Have you interviewed with a temporary agency or company but it just didn't work out? Do you know someone that is hiring and could use our services? Let us know who you interviewed with or who is hiring and any information about the position. If we are able to work on the position with the company and place someone... we will pay you a referral fee up to $500.00!*  Or maybe you have a friend or former colleague that would be a great candidate for us to speak with....refer this person and if we place them in a position within the next thee months we will pay you a referral fee up to $500.00!*  Simply complete the form below and click the submit button. *Small Print:  
(1) Referred company job openings or candidate must not already be known to Frontline. 

(2)The referral payment is made only after Frontline is successful in placing someone on assignment which must be at least two continuous months averaging 40 or more hours per week from the start date.  If this is a direct hire placement, the person must be with the company for a minimum of 100 days.  All payouts are made only after a minimum of 100 days of continuous service.
(3) Referred candidate must not be known to Frontline or in the Frontline database prior to submitting the information and the referral declaration must be made at the time of resume submission by the candidate.

(4) Open positions for companies/clients must include the position, hiring manager/hr rep/location. Payout is made when Frontline has been successful in filling the position based on the information listed here, account is paid in full and within 90 days at the end of the assignment.

(5) Payments are made for placements within one year of the date that the information is given to Frontline. After one year the information is purged into our database and a fee will not be paid for placements.
(6) Minimum payout for all referrals placed meeting the above criteria is $200. Maximum payout on all referrals is $500.00. The payout is based on a percentage of the net profit and will vary.

(7) Form must be filled out in full. Any submission not complete will not be accepted,  will be deleted and no payment will be made.

(8) Once submitted, the information becomes the property of Frontline Source Group, Inc.

(9) All taxes are the responsibility of the party that is submitting and being paid for the referrals by law.
