What is The Frontline
Source Group Loyalty Program offering AAdvantage® Miles?
The Frontline Source Group Program allows you
to earn AAdvantage® miles by using our direct hire and temporary staffing
services with Frontline Source Group. You can also earn miles by hiring an
individual on a contract to hire basis and converting them to your company as an
employee before the end of the contract period or direct hires.
For every two ($2) dollars spent on temporary, direct hire
placements or conversions you initiate through Frontline Source Group, you will
earn one (1) AAdvantage® mile when the terms of the service agreement are met.
Once the invoice is paid and any guarantee period has been completed within the
terms of the service agreement, we will calculate your accumulated miles.
Who is eligible to join the Frontline
Source Group Loyalty Program?
All Frontline Source Group customers with a
signed valid service agreement, active account which is current and in good
standing are eligible to join. To be an active good standing account, your
account must be meeting all payment terms agreed to in your Service Agreement
with Frontline Source Group.
Enrollment Process
When can
AAdvantage®
members sign up and begin earning miles?
The Frontline Source Group Loyalty Program
begins on November 1, 2007.
Do I have to be an AAdvantage® member to
participate?
You do not have to be a member of the
AAdvantage® program to participate. The miles are issued as a voucher and can
be given away to fellow employees or used as gifts to thank others for a job
well done. The recipient will need to sign up for membership in the AAdvantage®
program in order to receive the award benefit.
How do I enroll?

How many miles will I earn for
participating in the Frontline Source Group Loyalty Program?
You earn one (1) mile for every two ($2) dollars paid per
the agreement terms on a placement made with Frontline Source Group.
Can I earn miles if I am currently a
Frontline Source Group customer? If so, how?
Yes. It's easy. Current Frontline Source Group
customers who are AAdvantage® members can earn one (1) mile for every two ($2) dollars
paid per the agreement terms on a placement made with Frontline Source Group on
or after November 1, 2007 but only after they have enrolled in the Frontline
Source Group Loyalty Program. To start earning miles, just use our convenient
online enrollment form.
When do I receive my miles?
We will send your vouchers, which you will then deposit yourself
via
www.depositaamiles.com within two (2) weeks after the settlement of your
bill per the agreement. On the last day of any quarter that there is a positive
balance in your account, we will email you a statement of account for your
information. Please remember that we issue vouchers once your account has an
eligible balance and when you have satisfied the guarantee period and your
balance has reached the minimum distribution level of 5000 miles.
What do I do if I have not received the mileage voucher after the
placement and the terms of the agreement have been made?

What is the maximum number of miles one person can earn per
calendar year with the Frontline Source Group Loyalty Program?
The maximum number of miles that one person can earn per calendar
year is 35,000 miles. The vouchers may be divided and distributed to anyone in
your organization, as long as that one AAdvantage®
account does not receive more then 35,000 miles per calendar year.
