Recruiter/HR Assistant is needed in Ft. Worth

Our Fort Worth, TX Client is looking for a contract to possible hire recruiting/hr assistant:

  • Post and maintain list of open positions on approved locations (public folders, website, job boards, etc), ensuring that all postings are driven by completed and approved job requisitions and updated on a timely basis.
  • Enter all candidates’ personal information, recruit and interview information into PeopleSoft on a weekly basis, ensuring information is accurate and complete. For Campus Hires, all candidates at the Job Fair stage, for Experienced Hires, all candidates who come onsite.
  • Schedule on-site interviews for assigned Business Unit(s), which includes but is not limited to maintaining interviewer spreadsheet and creating interview schedules. In advance of interview days, reserve room(s) and schedule employees to conduct candidate greeting and Product Center Tour.
  • Assist with locating and scheduling replacement interviewers as a result of cancellations.
  • Prepare recruit folders and informational packets in advance of arrival.
  • Ensure that folders and packets are distributed to appropriate people on a timely basis.
  • Generate and process recruit correspondence, including but not limited to, no thank you letters, interview confirmation and packets, offer letters, etc.
  • Coordinate travel between candidates and designated Travel Agency and communicate travel arrangements to candidate and appropriate Recruiter.
  • Upon the approval of a candidate offer, generate and process offer letter and compile new hire paperwork for distribution to the candidate.
  • Coordinate expense reimbursements process and ensure candidates receive their reimbursement.
  • Generate requests for candidate background investigations on a timely basis and monitor daily for completion results. Upon receiving the completed report, communicate results to the appropriate recruiter, escalating to the Operations Manager as appropriate. File results in recruit folder.
  • Utilizing the employment and interview documents, create the personnel folders once a recruit is hired.
  • Process employee referral bonuses, according to established policies and guidelines.
  • Produce reports from PeopleSoft or other source(s) as needed.
  • Understand and support the Radiant recruiting process, helping others as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate systems and reports for the purposes of tracking candidates and metrics related to the recruiting function.
  • Participate in Recruiting and other People Team projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Generate ideas on process improvement, cost management, and other ways to positively impact the business through the Recruiting Analyst role.
  • Foster relationships with the candidates, managers and employees to provide Positively
  • Outrageous Service (POS) surrounding the needs of the business.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate amount of supplies (folders, folder contents, etc.) necessary to the Recruiting function.
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

  • Contribute to team meetings.
  • Provide input into team goals and objectives.
  • Identify and contribute to process enhancements/changes/development and communication
