This person will be sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Civil Engineers. Technical understanding and experience in this area of recruiting is essential.

Duties:

• Responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates through company database, job boards, and referrals
  
• Facilitate in the creation of recruiting requirements
  
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback/decision, offer, and post-offer tasks
  
• Document candidate evaluation and interview process, schedule interviews, negotiate and support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  
• 2 years of technical recruiting, civil engineering recruiting experience preferred
  
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to applicant tracking, recruiting, and planning solutions
  
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work with a variety of personalities
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
