Our Lake Dallas, TX client is looking to hire a Financial Division Project Manager on a direct hire basis.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Oversight of multiple projects ensuring that they are completed on time and under budget.
  
• Scheduling and assigning sub contract labor.
  
• Ordering and tracking of equipment.
  
• Candidate will communicate with general contractors and sales people on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met or exceeded.
  
• Attend on-site and off-site project meetings.
  
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and budget management skills.
  
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a strong plus.
  
• Any Construction/Security or banking background a plus.
  
  
• It is preferred the candidate have 2-4 years experience as a Project Manager.
  
• Salary commensurate with experience.
