Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Bookkeeper for their wholesale/retail store. To apply click here!

1. This is a fast paced environment, so this person must be able to wear many hats and handle multiple projects.
2. Experience with QuickBooks is required but retail QuickBooks is preferred.
3. This person will be handling Accounts Receivable and Payable, 401K, and taxes.
4. This person must have a strong focus and background in accounting.
5. This is a contract to possible hire opportunity at 40 to 45 hours per week.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks, preferably within the retail industry
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• Billing, Invoicing, and Collections
• Experience handling payroll, 401K, and taxes
• Answering phones and some basic administrative duties for the office
• Must be highly focused, sharp, and a great multi-tasker
