Bilingual Quality Assurance Manager is needed in Dallas!!

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a temp to hire Bilingual (Spanish) Quality Assurance Manager.

Job Summary:

Ensure that all products are manufactured and packaged following the quality standards set by the company.

Establish procedures and reports for quality assurance associates.

Communicate with management on what is happening on the floor. Also there will be 6+ employees reporting to this person.

Duties & Essential Job Funtions:

• Quality Assurance Manager must have an in depth understanding of the product attributes and train their associates the same.
  
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures that focus on continuous improvement.
  
• Spend an appropriate amount of time on the plant floor developing inspection plans.
  
• Coach and develop front line quality control technicians in procedures and brainstorming.
  
• Hold weekly meetings with associates.
  
• Perform analysis and identify priorities linked to the problem areas.
  
• Understand and manage performance standards of their associates.
  
• Ensure that facility housekeeping standards are maintained.
  
• Be responsible for the integrity of labeling and packaging to meet customer requirements.
  
• Follow guidelines set forth in the quality Control manual.
  

Measurements And Goals For The Quality Assurance Manager:

Reports- maintain thorough, timely, and accurate reports on all quality inspections completed in factory, including in process, ram materieals, finished good, etc.

Report back to management all findings both good and bad. Copy supervisors daily on their findings.

Quality Manual- Maintenance of QC manual. Keep it up to date on all practices, and recommend changes if needed.

Returns- Keep records in such a way that we can determine the percent of returns for quality problems

Finished Goods- audit all orders for accuracy before shipping.

Maintain inspection levels listed in the Quality manual and increase those levels if we find a particular problem.
