Who is hiring more..Dallas or Fort Worth?

We are asked this question all the time....who is hiring more people..the Dallas area or the Fort Worth area? From our position we have always seen the hiring need heavier in the Dallas market. Contract to hire dominates most of the activity we are seeing right now in the mid market. As always, many of the larger Fortune 500 companies are moving to straight perm hires but more in the Financial side then IT.....what are you hearing? And which side of town is hot right now for you?
