Direct Deposit of payroll checks is available to employees whose assignments are expected to last longer then ten
business days.
HOLIDAY PAY
Have you worked over 1350 hours in the prior
or current calendar year? Once you have worked 1350 hours for us on a temporary
assignment, we will pay you for 6 holidays. Each holiday will be
paid at eight hours of your regular and current hourly rate.
Even if you did not work 1350 hours or more, you may be eligible for holidays during the current year! As soon as the combined current year and prior calendar year hours exceed 1350, the remaining holidays in the current year may be paid if you qualify.
In order for you to qualify for holiday pay, you must be
at your current assignment and work the day before and
the day after the holiday, unless the client that you are assigned to is closed.
Holiday pay is only available to individuals that have been placed with a
company and is not available for individuals who are on our payroll system and
recruited by our client company. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Holiday's which are paid under this benefit are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
VACATION PAY
Because we value your long-term commitment to our
company and our client we have instituted a vacation payout based on the number
of hours worked. You will be awarded one 40-hour week of pay, at your current pay rate, for each 1900 hours worked during the combined current year and prior calendar year period.
"I can not take time off but could use the extra
cash, can I get a payment instead?" Not a problem! Just call our office and you will receive an extra 40-hour pay
check in addition to your current week’s income.
To qualify, you must be on an active assignment at the time of the
payout, and you may use hours accrued from the current and or the prior calendar year only towards eligibility. Vacation awards can not be taken as single days.

MAJOR MEDICAL PLANS
Various deductibles and co-insurance choices are available. Policy terms can extend beyond the completion of the work assignment. Traditional indemnity or PPO choices are offered. Dependent and spousal coverage can be included.
DENTAL/VISION PLANS
Dental and vision discounts are offered through a national network of healthcare professionals.
LIFE INSURANCE PLANS
A variety of life insurance plans are available, ranging from temporary short-term life insurance to long-term whole life policies.
