Our Irving, TX client is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions for their mid-sized manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a generalist role.

Requirements:
Experience with payroll using ADP
Proficient in all MS Office software
Handling performance reviews
Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates - placing ads, orientation
Experience with employee termination and exit interviews
Knowledge with staying in compliance with state and federal regulations - filing all government reports, unemployment, I-9, and Cobra, OSHA and labor laws
Good organizational skills
3 + years experience as an HR generalist
Job Description:
Facilitate and mediate relations between employees and management with regard to company policy
Maintaining employee files - with confidentiality
Conducting exit interviews, employee performance reviews
Maintaining medical benefits, 401K, and payroll
Orienting employees on policies and procedures, as well as, implementing new procedures
Updating employee handbook and safety book
Other duties as assigned
