POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of regional external repair partners.

Responsibilities will include ensuring customer contractual obligations are met with respect to turnaround time, on time delivery, and quality.

Proactive to customer needs in establishing priorities for the processing of customer's returned products, provide technical support for customer returns centers authorized for refurbishment, monitor repair standards, skills, and processes at external repair partners to ensure company quality standards are maintained.

Review forecasting data and agree to capacity levels with external repair partners to ensure partner is adequately equipped to meet goals with respect to staffing levels, materials, and equipment.

Work with SAP and the Quality Assurance group to provide reports on failure rates and trends to drive improvements for current and future products.

Management of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within external repair centers.

The candidate will also assist in development of procedures and processes as new products are introduced and act as a focal point for all Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activity, as well as ensure ECN's are implemented within external repair partners.

Provide continuous feedback to the external repair partner on expectations and performance, identify training requirements and provide and/or arrange training of the external repair partners and customer refurbishment centers.

Control and monitor client's assets in external repair partners and authorized customer refurbishment centers.

Support and drive the implementation of new and improved processes within the external repair partners.

Work closely with Global Logistics team to ensure all logistics solutions are in place to support Global Repair Services (GRS) partners.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Electronic or Technical Degree 3-5 Years related experience, preferably in repair or manufacturing environment
* Demonstrated Leadership Ability preferably with Service Environment experience
* Analytical and Presentation Skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese an asset
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Position Summary:
This position, reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, is responsible for internal reporting functions, global Oracle GL reporting structure and processes, and related accounting policies.

Responsibilities:
Lead reporting function and the chart of accounts from Oracle Financials maintaining standardization of our cient's one financial truth. Manage the Oracle GL function ensuring consistent and usable results reported. Maintain segment values, consistent parent values, Financial Statement Generator (FSG) definitions, cross-validation rules, security rules, and other critical functions.

Provide support for Oracle GL standard processes to domestic and international accounting groups as “Power User”. Assist in referring GL issues to IT staff, creating project requests, establishing priorities, etc.

Publish monthly cost center reports and provide accounting support for the Corporate and International departments.

Manage corporate allocations consistent with adopted policies and practices

Assist in the development and management of uniform accounting policies and best practices

Develop rapport with business unit controllers and departmental managers to enable open communication and working relationships

Ensure that all budgets are correct in the General Ledger interacting with Planning and Business Units as needed

Work on special projects including accounting system transitions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of Oracle FSG and GL
Minimum of 5 years related experience in post-graduate, professional accounting
Minimum of 2 years ERP experience
Heavy GL and financial reporting experience
Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, multi-business unit environment

Our Irving, TX client is currently seeking an Accounting and Systems Analyst to support our Payroll department. This position will identify, establish, and execute processes to perform accurate and timely accounting, analysis, training, and reconciliation of Payroll systems and HR and Payroll accounting functions.

Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reconciles and runs costing interface to Oracle General Ledger
Prepares wage accruals and imports to General Ledger
Closes Peachtree Accounting for outside insurance collections
Prepares journal entries for interest accruals, present value computations, post employment compensation, requests by outside departments, terminated insurance, garnishments, savings, and key person life insurance
Directs the maintenance of payroll interfaces with the commissioning systems, general ledger systems, accounts payable systems, and other reporting systems which utilize payroll data
Implements changes to the interface as directed by internal and external reporting requirements
Provides reports and analysis as requested
Develops reports and extracts utilized by the Tax Administrator and Payroll departments for Ledger reconciliation and variance analysis
Reviews, reports, and extracts request from outside sources
Maintains, develops, and analyzes workers compensation reporting requirements and reports prior to audit
