Duties:

Provide administrative support to 2 VPs in Intermediary Sales
Answer phones and field calls to appropriate person/department/voicemail
Prepare and send letters/emails/faxes to clients and prospects
Respond to incoming client/prospect requests, which include product information, performance, pdf files, literature, marketing material, kits, and literature requests generated by the Library Resources Form, etc.
Make kits/information folders to take to client and prospect meetings
Generate reports from APL on a daily and weekly basis
Create and update wholesaler lists
Maintain Siebel database with updated activities, contact and company info.
Order all updated company literature and material for general office use or for client/prospect kits via Fundtrak and/orDocument Fulfillment Center
Submit T&Es and check requests, help with travel arrangements
Submit portfolio manager requests and set up “in-house” meetings in the NY office or conference calls
Organize promotional items
Coordinate mass mailings/emails
Submit due diligence questionnaires and RFPs
Distribute monthly and quarterly material to clients


Requirements:

College degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 year administrative assistant experience
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Excellent follow-up skills
Must have good communication skills both written and verbal
Good people skills both internally and with clients
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

Overview:

This newly created position will work closely with the Director of Debt and Cash Management in an ongoing cash centralization effort. The analyst will have an opportunity to be exposed to a number of different debt and treasury functions in a public company environment. There will be a high expectation for the candidate to take functional ownership and look for innovative ways to make improvements to our cash management process.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist to drive enterprise value through cash concentration and liquidity management
Perform daily cash transactions (as needed)
Review bank fee analysis statements and identify savings opportunities

Assist in maintaining client's cash waterfalls and escrow accounts
Assist reconcile the general ledger to various supporting cash schedules
Assist with debt covenant and lender reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

Undergraduate degree required
3-5 years of treasury or cash management experience

Fixed Assets Specialist Needed in Dallas

Our Dallas client is looking for a direct hire Fixed Assets Specialist. If you meet the qualifications below, please APPLY now!

Position Summary:
Maintain Fixed Asset System, review repair and maintenance invoices as well as fixed asset invoices, and assist in the monthly and quarterly close of corporate financial records.

PositionResponsibilities:
1. Maintain the Fixed Asset System to insure that assets have been added and are placed in service at the appropriate time. Insure that monthly depreciation is posted in a timely basis.
2. Handle disposal of assets due to store closures, store relocations, replacement of assets, and sale or abandonment of asset.
3. Review accounts payable invoices for Repair & Maintenance and Fixed Asset
accounts to insure that coding is correct, sales tax was charged (provide tax department with copies of invoices without sales tax) and accumulate copies of all fixed asset invoices for the month for entry into the Fixed Asset System.
4. Reconcile Fixed Asset GL accounts including asset accounts, accumulated depreciation accounts and depreciation accounts.
5. Maintain Fixed Asset files by store or project code.
6. Insure that assets are identified to appropriate stores.
7. Import journal entries (those you prepare and ones prepared by others) into accounting system.
8. Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly journal entries as needed.
9. Reconcile assigned non fixed asset related GL accounts in a timely basis
10. Perform special projects as needed

Additional Information:
Fixed Asset System used is FAS by Sage

General Ledger System used is Epicor/Platinum

Required Skills:
Strong (advanced) Excel skills
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Detail oriented

Able to work in a fast paced environment with high volume of activity

Preferred Skills:
Previous Fixed Asset experience using a specialized fixed asset system

As a member of IT Enterprise Solutions & Services, the IT Business Support Analyst is responsible for providing complex system-level support of multi-user operating systems.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Functional Support
