Frontline Source Group, Inc. Acquires dfwHR, LLC

Dallas, TX Frontline Source Group, Inc announced effective March 30th, 2007 its recent acquisition of dfwHR, LLC, a Dallas-based, certified women-owned, temporary staffing agency for human resource professionals. With the aim of expanding and further developing their human resources placement department, Frontline Source Group extended an offer to purchase dfwHR in early March. The terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed. The two staffing agencies had worked together frequently over the past year, and principals at Frontline Source Group identified dfwHR as a company with similar goals and methodologies that would fit well within the Frontline organization.

Any knowledge of the HVAC industry or manufacturer/distributor business models is a big plus.

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Systems/CIS, Business or related field.

Qualifications

Objective
The Executive Assistant provides assistance to the company President. Duties may include clerical assistance with correspondence; assistance with board activities; and secretarial support as well as routine office related functions.
Responsibilities
• Assist the company President with his respective schedules utilizing MS Outlook (planning/arranging events and meetings). Handle telephone calls for the executive from both internal and external sources.
• Provide administrative support to the company executive in a variety of capacities including telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control, processing of letters/correspondence, events/meeting planning, report generation, invoice/expense reporting, database management and assisting with completion of specially assigned projects.
• Work with other administrative personnel to accomplish organizational goals.
• Perform special projects as assigned by the executive officer. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.

Requirements
• Previous administrative experience required. Prior executive assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to interface well with all departments within the company and to represent the respective executive officer in a highly professional manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization.
• Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook.
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification.

Hours: Monday - Friday – 7:45 am - 4:30 pm

Dallas Division Accounting Manager Needed!

Our Dallas Texas client is seeking a Division Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading and assisting with all Accounting and Financial functions including forecasting, budgeting, job costing, purchasing, month-end closing, A/P, A/R, and Payroll. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing analytical reports for daily, weekly and monthly Financial/ Production Reviews, performing monthly Balance Sheet account analysis, and coordinating the month end closing process. This role will assist in the development of the weekly updates, monthly forecasts and annual budgeting.

Duties:
-Manage division accounting functions (AP, billing, job costing, inventory reporting, payroll review and accruals, month-end financial close, and fixed assets management)
-Manage all general ledger functions, including journal entries and reconciliations
-Responsible for the management of cash within the division, including imprest accounts, petty cash accounts, lock box deposits, wire transfers, and bank statement reconciliation
-Maintain required internal controls within divisionReview and approve vendor invoices
-Manage memo bills, misc. billing of paper waste and freight backhauls
-Daily Labor and Production tracking
-Division Controlled capital project spending detail and projections
-Weekly VIP reporting support and Labor Tracking Analysis
-Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
-Division level reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
-Handle all audits including providing information and coordinating the process
-Prepare cost and productivity analysis as requested.
-Provide support during maintenance part cycle counts and reconciliations.
-Manage annual fixed asset physical and reconciliation.
-Support requests for information from Division Management, Corporate and Group

Supervisory Duties:
-Supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, to include attendance, scheduling, timeliness and accuracy of work performed, and participate in any required recruitment of accounting staff.
-Develop and coach the accounting staff, including cross training and providing feedback on performance as needed. The accounting staff is primarily comprised of clerical level positions.

Job Requirements:
-Good organizational, analytic and problem solving skills
-Ability to supervise and develop accounting staff
-Strong team player, ability to work well as a member of the division management team and as a member of the finance team
-Ability to work within given deadlines and under pressure
-Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
-Knowledge of other computer systems, such payroll systems, inventory systems, MS Office
-BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 10 years of applicable experience
